What is collective transformation?
When we think in the terms of collective transformation, we recognize, that social change happens only in relationship. The way we collectiely relate to each other is a mirror of the paradigms and values that underpin our societies. We acknowledge that for lasting, transformative change we need each other. We need resonance and disonance as feedback for how to move together, toward a world that works for all life.
Collective transformation is building the skills of relating in a way that creates more possibilities for the whole. It’s about putting emphasis on the power of community, of building resilient relationships, weaving our social fabric, and supporting everyone involved to fully step into their greatness.
In this new paradigm we hold tension as an opportunity to grow closer and are committed to practising the skills needed to engage conflict in a generative way.
“Collective” speaks to not trying to figure it out on our own, but finding the others and leaning on the support we have when we need it. We move forward boldly while always looking left and right, making sure that the ones close to us are still keeping up.
